Principles of administrative procedural law

This article is devoted to the characteristics of content principles administrative procedural law, taking into account provisions draft Law Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure". It substantiated that in administrative-legal science generally accepted concept administrative-procedural law not formed, which generates discussions about their list, essence and purpose law. Therefore, it important study procedure.
 The features inherent are singled out: 1) presence a specific area regulatory influence - activities, 2) universality, 3) regulation, 4) fundamentality, 5) on consideration resolution cases, 6) need stability resolving individual cases field public administration.
